My approach is humanistic. As an Existential-Humanistic psychologist it is my assumption that inherent in each person is a natural tendency toward growth and self-actualization.

It is my role as a psychotherapist to participate in the process of enabling human growth, fostering a person's ability to find and express their maximum potential in order to more fully direct their own lives with choice, responsibility and personal integrity in relationship with other people in this ever changing world.
