A 4200 sq. ft. space that is separated into two training areas, one with weights and cardio the other is a multipurpose space for more dynamic and stability based training.

The spacious changing areas have been fully stocked with towels, shampoo, shaving supplies and skin care products, from Pure Radiant Energy that make them feel more like a spa instead of a gym.

Our equipment is all top of the line and professionally maintained. We have a wide selection of strength training equipment with a big focus on balance and stability equipment to help strengthen your core muscles.

Personal training is one on one instruction on health and fitness designed with an individual approach that allows trainers to work with all levels of participants be it athletes or rehabilitation.

• Maintain our certifications, keeping up to date on current trends and research.
